Since 1986 and the Quadra-Burn system was introduced, Quadra-Fire has come a long way. In 2007, the company celebrated the 20th consecutive year as the cleanest burning line of non catalytic wood burning appliances. There are 4 different models for their freestanding stoves and inserts; The Castile, Santa Fe, Classic Bay 1200, and Mt. Vernon AE and each one has a high efficiency rate, variable heat settings, powerful fans, and wall thermostats or remote controls are optional on most models.

The Castile

 

This medium size stove can fit perfectly in the corner of your living room. It heats up to 1500 sq. ft. and has a 30,000 BTU. It features an aluminum heat exchanger, jam proof feed system and is mobile home approved. It accepts either wood or corn pellets, and costs between $2700 and $3400. It can also be purchased as a freestanding or insert stove.

Quadra-Fire castile pellet stove

Santa Fe

 

This self lighting and fully automatic optional stove can either be freestanding or inserted. It has a 50lb hopper capacity and burn rate of 1.5-4lbs per hour. It has a 30,000 BTU and accepts wood pellets for fuel. Costing between $2300 and $3000, this medium sized stove can heat up to 1500 sq. ft.

Classic Bay 1200

 

This thermostat controlled, large stove has an 80lb hopper capacity, 40,000 BTU, and can be ran for 40 continuous hours without having to be refilled. It accepts wood and corn pellets as fuel and heats up to 2500 sq. ft. You can purchase this model for around $3000, and it too can be either freestanding or inserted.

Quadra-Fire Classic Baypellet stove

Mt. Vernon AE

 

This is the newest model Quadra-Fire has introduced to their line of pellet stoves. Its extra large size enables a 7lb per hour burn rate of biofuel pellets. It has an 81lb hopper capacity and can heat up to an astounding 3800 sq. ft. This model can be purchased for $3700-$4500.
